Drive units are intended for belt conveyors with belt width from 400 to 2400 mm and capacity from 40 to 2500 kWt and belt speed up to 5 m/sec.
Drive units are compact in their design as with rigid kinematical connection between driving drums and without it.
Drive units are manufactured in a block, monoblock and module scheme and can be completed with one or four electric motors.
Drives for heavy duty conveyors with big capacity can include several drive units.
The design of monoblock drives provides the possibility to locate the going beyond parts of drive from the left and right sides of a conveyor without the reinstallation the gearbox and gives the possibility to exclude the building of special cells underground to install them.
The drives are equipped with specially designed gearboxes that are produced by the company itself. The drive arrangement provides the overall dimension reduction in plan. The installation diagram of driving drums ensures the reliable drive operation in the conditions of floor heaving.
Drives design allows their right-hand and left-hand installation in the workings excluding necessity to reinstall the gearbox.
The company has mastered the production of modular drives providing the overall dimension reduction in plan and reduction of the block weight which makes it unnecessary to build the cells to install drives and enables to transport blocks along the mine workings without dismantling them.
The conveyors with modular drives installed in the inclined workings are equipped with special devices preventing the reverse belt movement. The conveyors are equipped with belt catchers.
The company has mastered the standard series of special two-stage and three stage cylindrical and double-reduction right-angle reduction gearboxes with rated life service not less than 50000 hours. The gearboxes produced by the company have smaller overall dimensions and weight in comparison with general purpose gearboxes which are used with conveyors produced by other plants.
