- The program of the further technical re-equipment of conveyor transport of the joint-stock company “GUKOVUGOL”is under way. The heavy belt conveyor with the belt width 1200mm and modular drive unit with the capacity 2x250 KW has been manufactured.
- We continue mastering the manufacture of belt conveyor equipment intended for working under severe specific conditions which allows to increase the work reliability of belt conveyor system and reduce operating costs. The manufacture of the following kinds of production has been mastered:
- rollers with double contact seal
- shock proofing rollers
- belt cleaning rollers
- belt cleaning scraper and others
- The conveyors with the automatic hopper charging intended for supply of coal, building materials, grains, packaged cargo have been delivered to the enterprises.
- Pre-production models of automatic tension units with a programmable control have been manufactured.
- Modernization of conveyors with suspended and cable structures is being continued. Suspended idler sets of a girder construction intended for heavy structures which allow to reduce metal consumption of a conveyor and increase conveyor belt life cycle.
- The modular drive with the capacity 1000-1200KW for heavy belt conveyors which allows to increase the length of the conveyors working on the slopes up to 18° has been created.
- The conveyors for open-pit mining have been worked out.
- Mastering the manufacture of the equipment for washing plants is being continued.
The following kinds of production have been manufactured:
- feeder PK -16;
- slurry pumps SHN-250
- coal-pump U900-90
- The manufacture of the drives with the capacity 2x55 and 2x110 KW for drag conveyors has been mastered; the repair of the drag conveyor drive head SP 202 type has been mastered.
- The plant is proceeding with manufacturing special gear-boxes with the capacity from 7, 5 to 75 KW with the reduction ratio from 16 to 125 for washing plants.
